01What kind of projects can I submit?+
We install tile on floors and walls, including shower walls and backsplashes. We also offer luxury vinyl plank and tile, laminate, and hardwood flooring for residential and commercial spaces. Choose the service you need and describe the existing surface and approximate size.
02Do you take commercial projects?+
Yes. Commercial property teams can use the same request form. Include the type of space, location, access requirements, approximate size, and any scheduling constraints.
03Does it cost anything to send a request?+
No. Submitting a project request is free and does not commit you to hiring anyone. Pricing for work depends on the scope and would be discussed after the project is reviewed.
04What if I do not know my budget or timeline yet?+
That is fine. Choose “Not sure yet” for budget or “Just planning” for timing, then describe what you know. You can refine the details later.
05Do I need to upload photos?+
Photos are optional, but they can help us understand the existing space and what you would like to change. The form accepts up to five images.
06What areas do you serve?+
FLG Solutions focuses on Metro Detroit. Enter the city and ZIP code for your project so we can review its location and fit.
07Do you install carpet?+
No. FLG Solutions is focused on hard-surface flooring. We do not offer carpet installation.
08Can you help if I have already purchased flooring?+
Tell us which material you purchased, the quantity, and the area to be installed. We will review the product and site conditions before confirming the installation scope.
09How soon will I hear back?+
FLG Solutions will review the information you submit and follow up using the phone number or email you provide. If your timing is urgent, note that in the description.
